Doyle “Doc” Rowell - Chartered Tang Base in 1995 served through 1999. On Eternal Patrol.
Ray Dennis - Relieved Doc Rowell and served from 2000 through 2004. On Eternal Patrol.
Dan McKnight - Relieved Ray Dennis and served one term in 2005.
Dave Farrugia - Relieved Dan McKnight and served 2006 and 2007. Selected in 2007 as one of Five USSVI Base Commanders of the Year. Base size in 2007 was 155 members.
Warren Johnston - Relieved Dave Farrugia and served 2008 and 2009. On Eternal Patrol.
Dave Harriss - Relieved Warren Johnston and served 2010 and 2011.
Ed Corrao - Relieved Dave Harriss and served 2012 and 2013.
Al Aumack - Relieved Ed Corrao and served 2014 and 2015.
Ken McNabb - Relieved Al Aumack and served 2016 and 2017.
Tom Donan - Relieved Ken McNabb and served 2018 and 2019.
